Your apartment is within easy walking distance of numerous beachfront attractions such as Fun World, Mini Town, Ushaka Marine World and not to mention the glorious beach where you can even try your hand at fishing off one of the piers. Durban Sands is perfectly situated for a great beachfront holiday while the more energetic take a short drive to play golf, enjoy tennis, sailing, boating and the Point Waterfront.

 This is for the 1 bedroom unit with double bed in the room, and two single sleeper coaches in the lounge. Unit and kitchen fully self contained, fridge stove, oven and microwave. Lounge and dinning room area with tv and selected DSTV channels. Seperate bathroom with bath anf hand shower in the bath, toilet and basin. One undercover parking bay per unit only.
