• We carry local stock of all items sold, and we do not sell out of stock international items at all.

• We will respond to your email within 48hrs Monday-Friday.
• Lead Times: 2-5 Business Days for Door to Door (Major Cities), 3-7 Business Days for Door to Door (Outer lying areas)
• ORDER PROCESSING TIMES: Orders are dispatched within 2 business days Monday - Friday excluding public holidays after payment is received. 
• Tracking numbers will be emailed to you on the day we ship your order-Monday -Friday
• Orders must be paid for within 48 hours of placing order or winning auction
• We only ship nation wide, please ensure you fall within 10km radius from the area selected to avoid penalties and hidden costs.
• Areas we ship to D2D (Door-to-Door) are listed in the shipping section, to CBD's only with max of 9km radius from CBD, and NO PO Boxes, NO Townships, NO Rural land, as our courier cannot deliver to those areas.
• We send orders to the address on Bid or Buy, please ensure this is correct upon check out.
• We use BoB payment system for all our payments, should there be any issues kindly contact BoB relating to the issue, as we do not have any authority or access to the payment at any stage of the process.
• The shipping responsibility lies with the courier, as we can only take responsibility for parcels up to the point where the courier collected the parcel.
• All shipping should have insurance selected when completing orders, to have the courier insurance activated.
• We use FastWay couriers, kindly read their terms and conditions on their website www.fastway.co.za
• We only use A2 satchels in stock, so if your order requires more than 1 satchel, we have to use as many as required to ship the parcel to you. In the past clients gave us bad ratings as shipping costs increase as orders increase as well, but we have no control over it. As we do not ship in boxes with shipping calculated afterwards. For this reason do not continue with the bid or order if you are not happy with our shipping structure.
• Kindly do not use the rating system to notify us of issues with your order, rather email us if you have a problem with anything relating to your order. We will respond within 48hrs Mon-Fri.
