This elegant 8-piece vintage Chinese porcelain set includes 5 saucer-sized bowls and 3 rice soup spoons, each decorated with hand-painted garden scenes depicting traditional figures under moonlight. Some pieces bear an inscription in Chinese that loosely translates to Thousands of People, Sincerity.
The bases feature two different red four-character seal marks:
(Jiangxi Zhen Pin Jiangxi Treasure/Exquisite Product)
(Guang Fu Chang Zao Made by Guangfu Chang)
These marks suggest they were produced in Jiangxi province, home of Jingdezhen porcelain, in the Republic Period style (early to mid-20th century).
The bowls measure approximately 14 cm diameter × 3 cm height. The rims were originally finished with gold trim, now showing natural age-related wear. The set remains in good vintage condition with no chips or cracks, only light grazing and minor wear consistent with age and use.
This set is ideal for collectors of Chinese porcelain
