8477 Flexi Club Life Points

The bid is for all 8477 points which are allocated annually. The levy for 2009 was around R7500 and has been paid. The buyer will be responsible for the 2010 levy. On close of the auction the bid price together with transfer fee of R1600 must be paid to the seller and the seller will request transfer documents from Flexi Club and send to the buyer for the transfer. The transfer can take up to 6 weeks from the time the purchase price and transfer fee reflects in the sellers account.
