Ive send proof of payment on the 16/11(seller recons got payment only 5 days later)…now its 15 days later,no Tracking number,whats the new excuse ?

Seller says shipping will take place 15 days ( dose not say working ) after payment ,it's been 21 days,very bad communication.Bad service.. Stay away!
