9 new needles (0.35mm) are included but you will have to insert them into the tool and assemble it yourself. 

Update 1: Received feedback and added an option for assembly at checkout. if you would prefer it pre-assembled, please select the appropriate option at checkout.

Update 2: This listing is for the WDT print and needles only. No post-processing is done on the final product. The tool is printed in high resolution and you're free to paint it any colour you want or polish it yourself (I didn't do any post-processing to the 1 I personally use as I don't think it's necessary - it's up to your personal preference).
