MINT - New CDVD has no scratches.
NM and EXￂﾬ￢ﾀﾠ - DVDￂﾬ￢ﾀﾠ has no scratches barely played. EX may have a light fingerprint or mark that can be removed
VG+ - DVD has some small minor scratches but not affecting play.
VG - DVD has a bit more scratches than VG+ but also not affecting play.

With most DVD drives, you can change the region settings to play a DVD with a different region code. But you can change it for only a limited number of times (usually 5) before the region setting becomes locked permanently. Please note, your warranty and guarantee will expire if this is done [at buyer's risk]

Anyway, here is the way to change DVD region code on DVD player: 1. Power on the DVD player. 2. Open the DVD tray but do not insert a disc. 3. Push Setup on the remote, and select Preferences then Region. 4. Select region 0-9 using the Up and Down butt
