Shipping – SA Postal Service will be used. If courier is required by buyer then seller to be contacted prior to bidding to find out costs.

Returns – A 20% restocking fee is deducted for all returned items from the amount paid for the item/s. Due to the delicateness of items and the packaging involved shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds – will only be done once the item has been returned and received, at the buyers cost. Refunds will only be done on defective items (ALL ITEMS ARE CHECKED AND IN WORKING CONDITION PRIOR TO SHIPPING) & where the item is not as per the Description on the auction.
