On offer is this 9k white gold diamond, ruby & sapphire ring. According to its valuation (a copy will be supplied), it is 9ct gold set with a round diamond approximately 1.47cts, colour K & SI2 clarity. The sapphire is described as fine dark blue 4,5mm and the ruby  is described as fine. Also 4.5mm. Total weight is 4.8g.

The diamond is an old-cut diamond dating to the 1920's. These are very much back in fashion with the emergence of lab-grown diamonds.

It was valued at R127150 in 2017.

This piece should really be pulled apart & something new done with the individual stones which is what we will do if not sold.
