2) If you are not happy with your purchase  I will refund all expenses once the item is returned

3) Please communicate any dissatisfaction via an email or phone call.I have a listening ear when a buyer is unhappy

 1)A few Post Office delays

 2)1 Item broken in post in 10years

 3)1 Item stolen in 10 years--That is great going with SAPO although I did have medals  stolen from speed services as well
