This exquisite antique Victorian-era hand carved French oak hat and coat shelf with wrought iron hooks is a beautiful find and is in awesome condition for its age. The hat and coat shelf measures 160cm long x 20cm wide x 44cm high. The shelf has five stunning hand carved Gothic-Era style panels with the traditional Fleur-de-Lis coat of arms engraved in the centre panel and six wrought iron hooks. The back of the shelf has three rings (two are newer additions) to mount the shelf on the wall and there are two display plate grooves along the top of the shelf. The shelf most likely dates to between the early to mid 1800's. Please view the pics carefully to fully appreciate this stunning antique coat and hat shelf and to confirm the condition.
