On auction is this lovely hand-knotted vintage Hamadan Persian rug. It is in good used condition considering its age. A wonderful little carpet which will make an excellent focus point in any stylish home. The green colour used in the striking tribal designs are very unusual as the use of green in Iranian carpets was forbidden for religious reasons for decades.
This is a marvellous piece and a great buy - not your average offering. It is generously sized at 160cm x 118cm.
