Condition - Good
Good vintage condition. Decorative green pictorial cloth boards show edge wear, rubbing and bumping to corners, with fraying and small splits at the spine ends. The spine remains intact though visibly worn. The text block edges are lightly age-toned. Foxing is present throughout the book, typical of volumes of this period. The sixteen colour plates remain present and well preserved. A prior ownership inscription in ink appears on the front endpaper. Despite the age-related wear, the book remains a sound and attractive early illustrated mythology volume.
