This is a "Barbara Bukowski" Design 1990  - Stockholm  - The English Teddy Beards Co, our friends cat "LILLA RUDOLF"  

This bear/Cat has sparkly green eyes with a very Vintage classy looking Bow-tie and lots of very soft fluffy hair.

It is just too adorable
