THIS FANTASTIC RARE VINTAGE HB ROUSE OF USA LETTERPRESS LEAD SLUG SPACING CLIPPER/ CUTTER WITH ADJUSTABLE STOP PLATE MEASURES 17.5cm x 17cm. THE CLIPPER HAS SOME AGE AND USAGE RELATED WEAR AND TEAR, BUT IT IS STILL A FANTASTIC AND QUITE COLLECTABLE PIECE. THESE CLIPPER WAS USED IN THE PRINTING FRATERNITY WHICH IS NOW ALL DONE BY COMPUTER.
