This gorgeous original (large) Lancaster & Sandland "Tony Weller" porcelain character mug is in stunning condition for its age and has absolutely no chips or cracks in it. This wonderful antique (c1940's) mug has spent its life in a show cabinet and is a beautiful example of the Charles Dickens character mugs and toby jugs.
The mug measures 13.5cm long (including the handle) x 10.5cm wide x 13cm high. There is minimal crazing and the mug is hand painted. This particular character was modelled and designed by TM Sandland.
