Volume 1, fourth reprint 1986, volume 2, fourth reprint 1986, and volume 3, fourth reprint 1986. Boards are square and solid, and pages clean and unmarked, save a small patch of shelf soil on each volume to the bottom corners. The top corners of pages 345 to 460 of volume 1 are diminishingly creased, approximately 4 x 3 cm initially.
