RETURNS & REFUNDS
BABADAUD is a gentle & compassionate person who wishes happiness & contentment for everyone.
Should a purchase prove unsatisfactory, kindly advise as soon as possible.
All reasonable steps will be taken to resolve the matter in a pragmatic, prudent & amicable manner.
1. Notify BABADAUD by email or telephone within 7 days of receipt of the item. Kindly state the reason
for wishing to return.
2. BABADAUD will advise the course of action to follow with the specific object of minimising the risks
and costs to the buyer.
3. A returned item consequent to verification (that it is indeed the same item sent by BABADAUD and has
not been mutilated, amended, marked, damaged or otherwise compromised since being packed by
BABADAUD) will qualify for a refund of the monies paid for the PURCHASE PRICE ONLY. All other
costs & charges i.r.o. Packing / Postage / Insurance & Return remain with the buyer.& under no
circumstances whatsoever be borne by BABADAUD.
4. Any attempt at deliberate or accidental substitution, excision or mischievous / malicious damage to a
returned item will be reported to the S. A. P and to the police local to the buyer for criminal prosecution.
In any such instance no refund will be made.
PACKING
BABADAUD packs carefully & safely to professional standards.
Packing materials are recycled and ‘used’ but in a clean condition. This keeps down costs .
