A large very old antique Dutch pewter spoon with Dentist crossed keys & cherubs

A Large Antique Dutch Pewter spoon. This is a typical example of a Dutch pewter spoon. The bowl of the spoon depicts a surgeon (usually the butcher in those days) pulling a tooth in someone's kitchen. There are many spectators. The spoon measures 8" long and the bowl is 2" wide. The bowl of the spoon is oval and the handle is also decorated with several cherub faces and the top of the spoon has 2 crossed keys and the bust of a nobleman, probable the Regent at the time of Jan Steen.
