A LOVELY VINTAGE PORCELAIN DOLL

A Lovely Collectable Porcelain Doll  

This doll is a beauty and my client says she was bought in Italy during the 1920's. Her cotton dress, pantaloons and booties are all trimmed with lace. The straw bonnet turns up at the back. The dress has a zip at the back and a wide royal blue sash around the middle. She one arm and hand is broken, but can easily replaced by a spare arm, often found in antique shops. It is not at all visible from under the long sleeve. Her face is beautifully hand painted. Her suede booties may be removed. Her hair is a bit matted and is tied at the back with a pink shoe lace! The rest of the body is made of muslin and stuffing. She is in a very good condition apart from the broken arm and a beautiful display doll!
