A magnificent antique 1904 sterling silver cigarette case (50g), made in Birmingham

This awesome antique hallmarked "G.L & S" curved sterling silver cigarette holder measures 8 cm long, 5.5 cm wide and 1.5 cm thick and weighs a staggering 50 grams. This gorgeous sterling silver cigarette case has a gold washed interior. The hallmarks on the cigarette case consist of the "G.L & S" makers mark, The lion Passant confirming it is British sterling silver (925), the Anchor hallmark confirming the cigarette case was made in Birmingham, England. The date letter "e" confirming it was made in 1904. There is age and usage related wear and tear and scuffs associated with an antique cigarette case, but a good polish and some TLC would go a long way in getting this beauty back to its original condition.
