This magnificent large PU leather Gainsborough armchair in the “George III” Chippendale style of deep proportions and carved detailing on down swept arm terminals set on conforming square section front legs measures a very decent 74cm long x 70cm wide x 107cm high. The armchair is upholstered throughout in a deep red (ox-blood) PU leather (faux) and the backrest of the armchair is set with deep button detailing and padded armrests. The faux leather is beautifully finished with classic stud strips throughout and stitched panel detailing. This would be a fantastic gentleman’s chair in a cigar lounge or corporate office or even in a study. Please note we have two available so they could both be used as visitors chairs behind an executives desk. This is truly a “wow” chair. There is normal age and usage related wear and tear and scuffs etc, and the faux leather is in wonderful condition. Please view the pics carefully to fully appreciate this superb Gainsborough armchair and to confirm the condition.
