UGO BELLINI STARTED HIS CAREER IN 1946 AND WAS EXCEPTIONALLY WELL KNOWN FOR HIS "BAROQUE STYLE" LADIES COMPACTS WITH ENAMELLING AND EXQUISITE DETAILING. UGO BELLINI WORKED IN GOLD, SILVER, SILVER PLATE AND BRASS AND ALSO EVENTUALLY BRANCHED OUT INTO ORNATE JEWELLERY. THIS SET IS SILVER PLATE ON NICKEL.
