This magnificent tall antique English made solid brass "double-wick" paraffin lamp with a built-in snuffer and detailed frosted glass shade with the chimney measures a very decent 55.5cm high x roughly 20cm wide. The lamp is in incredible condition for its age and does not look at though it was particularly used. The two wicks are still in the adjuster and have not been ignited. There are tiny little chips on the chimney and on the rim of the shade. These antique lamps are extremely scarce, especially in this condition. Please view the pics carefully to fully appreciate this rare antique brass double-wick paraffin lantern and to confirm the condition.
