UGO BELLINI STARTED HIS SILVERSMITH CAREER IN 1946 AND WAS WELL KNOWN FOR HIS "BAROQUE STYLE" LADIES COMPACTS WITH ENAMELLING AND EXQUISITE DETAILING ON HIS PIECES. UGO BELLINI WORKED IN GOLD, SILVER, SILVER PLATE AND BRASS AND ALSO EVENTUALLY BRANCHED OUT INTO ORNATE JEWELLERY. THE CAKE LIFTER IS SILVER PLATE ON NICKEL. THERE IS ABSOLUTE MINIMAL AGE AND USAGE RELATED WEAR AND TEAR.
