Judging from the tinsel and her glamorous make-up I think she is a 1991 Sun Sensation Barbie but not sure.  30cm tall and in really good condition with long, soft, curly hair with tinsel highlights and knees that bend.  Her boots seem to have been green originally and were painted brown to match her lovely outfit.   Marked " Mattel Inc 1966 China" on back.    Refer images
