A very decorative Collectors plaque. A New Orleans Plaque.
A definite collectors piece. A beautifully designed plaque showing - Bourbon Street, The French Quarter, Louisiana and Jackson Square. All the detailing is raised giving it a classy 3D effect.
Not sure of the material, no expert - please see pics for confirmation.
