This awesome original two tone stoneware 1 gallon ginger beer jar with a cork and handle is in good vintage condition. In the old days before refrigeration was common the jars were used to keep the ginger beer cool. The jars are also known as Vereeniging jars as they were made there. They make lovely show pieces around the home. The jar has normal age related wear. The jar stands 36cm high x 18cm across. Please view the pics carefully for the general condition of this item.
