This book is great! I use it everyday. I was really surprised that it was such a great book. Everything is illustrated and so easy to follow.

I suffer with TMJ and was in a lot of pain. After getting this book and doing the self-massage on my jaw everyday for a week, the pain ceased completely. I continued to do the massage on my jaw for two weeks every night and it was like a wonder drug
without the drugs. Now I just do the jaw massage as needed.

I also have fibromyalgia so every morning I do the Program 1 to boost my circulation and it makes such a difference in my pain level. I try not to skip doing this now everyday. It only takes a few minutes and is well worth it.

This is really a very good book and should be recommended to everyone who suffers with body aches and pains.
