This spectacular antique Singer 1903 hand cranked sewing machine is still in its original casing and seems to be in working order. The needle moves up and down with ease and the bobbin turns but we have not sewed with it. The serial number on the sewing machine (R1319322) confirms it was made between July-Dec 1903 and is a model "28K" sewing machine.The wooden casing measures 46cm long x 24cm wide x 30cm high. There is age and usage related wear and tear consistent with the impressive age of this machine (there are scuffs on the machine from usage) but that just adds so much character to these old pieces.
