A nice Vintage Storage Box made of English Pine

originates from the UK

A very practical small storage box and a lovely rustic display piece, all in one. The box has two compartments, the original hinges and the original locking plate, but no key. It is beautifully made with the hand-carved dove-tail technique and although it lost a piece of wood on the one corner, its still a lovely vintage piece. A carpenter or handy-man can easily model a piece of wood to repair the corner, desired. It most probably dates from around the late 1890's

Condition: good with expected age related scuff marks, spots pin holes and as described above
Dimensions: 15 cm high x 32 cm long x 17 cm deep
Markings: the letters 'TE' is carved in the bottom. most probably the original owner's initials
