A WW1 era (1918) solid sterling silver and hand-blown glass bottle.  Made by 'William Amaziah Ellwick'.  The lid bears maker's mark and hallmarks for London, 1918.  Engraved "J.A.L."

Note :  Rim of bottle (under lid) has some small nibbles from years of use (see pics).  Overall condition is very good for it's age.
