THE PATTERN IS SOMETIMES REFERRED TO AS "THE RING OF VIOLETS", ALTHOUGH IT IS CLASSIFIED ON THE OFFICIAL ROYAL ALBERT SITE AS AN UN-NAMED PATTERN AND IS REFERRED TO ONLY BY THE PATTERN NUMBER "4361". THE SET IS ALSO A DISCONTINUED SERIES, SO IS NOW EXTREMELY RARE AND VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND (WE IN FACT COULD NOT FIND A SINGLE LISTING IN SOUTH AFRICA OF THIS PATTERN). THE SET IS MADE IN THE MONTROSE SHAPE. THE BEAUTIFUL DESIGN OF THIS SET WITH THE PALE YELLOW CENTRE WHICH IS SURROUNDED BY A RING OF VIOLETS AND FINISHED WITH GOLD GILDING AROUND THE EDGES OF THE PIECES. THE SET IS IN PRISTINE CONDITION.

THIS IS A SET FOR A SERIOUS COLLECTOR.
