THIS SPECTACULAR AND TALL VINTAGE ORIGINAL HAND PAINTED ITALIAN STAMPED CAPODIMONTE PORCELAIN TABLE LAMP MEASURES AS FOLLOWS: THE LAMP IS ROUGHLY 53.5cm TALL WITHOUT THE SHADE AND 85.5cm INCLUDING THE SHADE. THE BEAUTIFUL DESIGN DETAILING AND HAND PAINTED "RISQUE" THEME OF THE LAMP MAKES IT QUITE AN UNUSUAL AND RAREELY SEEN PIECE THAT HAS BEEN ACCENTUATED WITH GOLD GILDING. THERE ARE TWO SMALL CRACKS IN THE PORCELAIN (FROM WHEN IT WAS ORIGINALLY MADE) THAT HAVE BEEN GLAZED OVER, BUT I CANNOT SEE ANY CHIPS OR CRACKS IN THE PORCELAIN. THERE IS SOME AGE RELATED CRAZING. THIS IS ONE OF THE FINEST CAPODIMONTE LAMPS THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN AND I CONGRATULATE THE PERSON THAT WILL OBTAIN IT.
ALTHOUGH THE LAMP CAN BE POSTED, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT IT RATHER BE COURIERED (I WILL GET A QUOTE) OR COLLECTED FROM PRETORIA FOR FREE.
