This absolutely stunning Japanese made "Royal Ceramic" (Noritake) porcelain dinner service is in wonderful condition and has no chips or cracks in any of the pieces. Royal Ceramic porcelain is owned and made in the same factory that makes Noritake. The stunning floral and scroll pattern is set in an Ivory background on a crisp white porcelain and finished with gold gilded edges. The dinner service measures as follows: The eight dinner plates each measure 26.5cm across, The eight starter/ entree plates each measure 19cm across, The eight side plates each measure 16cm across, The eight soup bowls each measure 20.5cm across, The eight dessert bowls each measure 14.5cm across, The plated tureen is 27.5cm long (handle to handle) x 21cm wide x 13.5cm high (the plate under the tureen is 26cm), The salad/ veggie bowl is 27cm x 19.5cm x 6cm high, The food/ meat platter is 30cm x 22cm, The fixed plated gravy boat is 20.5cm x 15.5cm x 7.5cm high and the sauce jug is 15cm (spout to handle) x 11cm wide x 9.5cm high. There is minor usage related wear and tear and tarnish on the gilding. Please view the pics carefully to fully appreciate this amazing Japanese made Royal Ceramic dinner service and to confirm the condition.
