THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE FIRST FOR US!! THIS SPECTACULAR VINTAGE LEAD CUT CRYSTAL SUGAR MUFFINEER (SUGAR SHAKER) WITH A SILVER PLATED LID IS 17.3cm TALL AND IS IN FABULOUS CONDITION. MY GUESS IS THAT THE MUFFINEER DATES BACK TO AROUND THE 1940's. MUFFINEERS WAS HUGELY POPULAR FROM THE EARLY 1800's THROUGH TO THE MID 1950's. THERE IS MINOR AGE AND USAGE RELATED WEAR AND TEAR AND THERE ARE NO CHIPS OR CRACKS IN THE CRYSTAL. THE SILVER PLATE IS ALSO IN PRETTY GOOD CONDITION WITH MINIMAL TARNISHING. THIS REALLY IS A STUNNING FIND!!!
