This spectacular tall antique oriental hand-carved Elm-wood "Chinoiserie" dressing table mirror stand is a magnificent find and probably the largest Chinoiserie table mirror that we have had. The dressing table mirror (or table vanity mirror as it is sometimes called) measures an amazing 89cm high x 55cm long x 22.5cm wide. The mirror is roughly 52.5cm across. This particular style of mirror was designed to "flip" around and often had decorative backs such as turtle shells (see the last pics), intricately painted detailing or just a plain wood or carved back, turning it into a table screen. The mirror is in awesome condition with minor usage related wear and tear and scuffs etc on the frame, but nothing a little TLC cant sort out. Please view the pics carefully to fully appreciate this awesome moulded wall mirror and to confirm the condition.
