A STUNNING BAROMETER IN THE SHAPE OF A SHIPS STEERING WHEEL - MADE IN WEST GERMANY - SPRINGBOK

This piece is made of wood and brass, I am not sure if it is in working order and measures 42 cm.  See the last photo, there is a little surface crack on the wheel, but it does not go all the way through to the back.
