This stunning and rare antique Victorian metal-clad wooden camel-back steamer travel trunk most likely dates to between 1890 and 1910. The trunk is a well made solid trunk with a combination of oak and oregon wood. The steamer trunk measures 82cm long x 46cm wide x 54cm high and would make an incredible eye-catching piece no matter where you choose to display it. These trunks also make superb linen trunks at the foot of the bed or in a bay window etc. There is both age and usage related wear and tear, but it only adds to the amazing charm of the camel-back steamer trunk.
