THIS STUNNING RARE VINTAGE HALLMARKED RHODESIAN MADE SILVER PLATED (ON COPPER) FOOD SERVING PLATTER/ TRAY MEASURES 36.5cm LONG x 14cm WIDE IN IS IN GREAT CONDITION FOR ITS AGE. THE HALLMARKS INCLUDE THE "CLOWNS HEAD", THE INITIALS "IMP" (INDUSTRIAL METAL PRODUCTS) AND THE "STANDARD ASSOCIATION OF RHODESIA MARK. IMP WAS ORIGINALLY OWNED BY ANGLO AMERICAN. THE PLATTER HAS A BELL AND A GOLF CLUB MONOGRAM ENGRAVED ON IT. THE A1 STAMP IN THE HALLMARK CONFIRMS IT IS THE HIGHEST LEVEL (BEST QUALITY) OF SILVER PLATING.
