This incredible vintage Royal Albert Fine Bone China "Lady Carlyle" collection teapot is in stunning condition. The Lady Carlyle pattern was manufactured between 1944 and 2010 and has been one of Royal Albert's more desired patterns. The teapot is in the "Malvern" cup shape and the Lady Carlyle pattern is a classic example of the romantic floral tradition of Royal Albert. This intricate dinnerware pattern features a deep pink border complemented by a highly stylised floral design integrating posies, roses, bluebells, and forget-me-not's. Elaborate gold scrolls recall the curvaceous and extravagant rococo styles of the 18th century. The back stamp confirms that the teapot was made c1950's to 1970's. There are absolutely no chips or cracks in any of the pieces. If you are a collector, don't miss out on this superb Royal Albert teapot.
