This very elegant vintage 3-drawer solid Imbuia Ball & Claw ladies writing desk with solid brass handles measures 99cm long x 50.5cm wide x 77cm high. The desk rests on four cabriole balls and claw legs and is the perfect desk for a smaller area.

The desk has a single centre drawer with two deeper drawers on either side and has lovely period style swan neck solid brass handles. The dovetail joins are clearly visible on the solid Imbuia drawer fronts with cedar wood frames. The desk is very well made and has good weight to it. The desk sits solidly on the ground.

This would also make a beautiful hall table in an entrance hall for family photographs or to display a piece of art or with a bouquet of flowers. There is normal age and usage related wear and tear that one would associate with a mid-century desk.
