I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THIS WAS ORIGINALLY! THE TOP PIECE OF A HAT STAND?? IT IS A SOLID WOODEN ITEM CONSISTING OF TWO SEPARATE PORTIONS THAT FIT ONTO EACH OTHER, 19CM IN DIAMETER AND 12CM HIGH WITH A HOLE AT THE BOTTOM WHERE (POSSIBLY) A POLE WAS INSERTED. HOWEVER, IT IS STRANGELY BEAUTIFUL AND I HAVE THOUGHT UP SOME USES EG VASE, CANDLE HOLDER FOR THAT SPECIAL DINNER, STAND FOR A POT PLANT OR BOOKS ETC. PLEASE REFER IMAGES - IT'S FUN AND MAYBE YOU ALSO HAVE AN INNOVATIVE IDEA ON HOW TO USE IT!! REFER IMAGES
