LIQUID SOAP IS PLACE IN THE CAVITY IN THE FRONT AND WHEN YOU TURN THE MECHANICAL HANDLE IT TURNS A SMALL METAL FAN THAT DIPS INTO THE SOAP - ALL THIS WORKS BUT NO BUBBLES ARE MADE AND I THINK THIS IS BECAUSE TOP LOOP OF THE PLASTIC CONTAINER HAS A PORTION THAT HAS BROKEN OFF.
