AMAZING BENRUS WATCH- From the 1940"s

 Very Rare, Highly Collectible -- Original Condition

Runs Nicely and Keeps Good Time!

• Beautiful 10kt gold-filled Square Style Scalloped case with Heavy Style lugs,
• Measures 25 mm (excluding Benrus signed crown) and 40 mm lug to lug.
• St/steel back and like new raised curvex crystal.
• Swiss-made quality 17 jewel movement, model DM21, Cal AXZ
• Lovely Swiss made dial that has some aging, but that can be expected for a watch nearly 80 years old.
• Casing and timing done at the Benrus Watch Company in the USA as stated inside st/steel back.
• New vintage black leather strap fitted
• Very suitable for ladies.

I have no repair history and I do not believe it has ever been touched by a watchmaker since it was manufactured.

I think that this watch was admired so much that it was only worn on very special occasions. The chances of finding another one like this, never mind in this condition, is remote -- to impossible.
