I WOULD HAVE THOUGHT MAYBE AN OLIVE/BERRY SPOON BUT THE BOWL IS NOT PERFORATED AND TOO DEEP (I THINK) FOR A SUGAR SPOON! SHAPED LIKE A MINIATURE SCOOP WITH VERY ORNATE HANDLE AND IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. MARKED "ITALY" IN BOWL OF SPOON - 16CM LONG, BOWL IS 3.5CM IN DIAMETER AND 2CM DEEP. REFER IMAGES
