A VINTAGE 14 CARAT GOLD DRESS RING with LAPIS LAZULI STONE

The stone would have been facetted as was often customary with this kind of rectangular setting of a semi-precious stone, but has rounded all-most completely due to constant wearing. Very little evidence of the once facetted edges are visible, but it's still a lovely stone in an elegant setting. The design of the setting resembles the Art Deco period. The stone moves ever so slightly in the setting.
