I am not and expert but I think she is a 1981/82 Basic Sindy but could be a1985 Basic Sindy. Going cheap because she is not perfect - a little hand did clip a row of her hair on one side but luckily her hair is thick enough to cover and hide this (refer last image). Other than that in really good condition - with straight arms, knees that bend with a click, twisty waist, head with ball joint and lovely soft, shiny hair.  Marked "Sindy" in a block and "033050X" behind head with no markings on waist.  Very pretty in cute outfit.   Refer images
