A lovely and unusual vintage Sindy -  I am not an expert but I do believe she is an early 1960's one as she does not have built-in eyelashes (pre-1968 when "real" eyelashes were first introduced).  Also rather unusual as she has the number 033055 x 1 on her head under her hair as well as the number 47 under hair on the front.  She is 28cm tall and in very good condition with soft, silky hair (one plug missing in the front but easily hidden), painted eyelashes, twisty waist and knees that bend with one click.  Marked "Hong Kong" just under waist. I found her in the outfit she is wearing - not sure if it is original but certainly vintage.    Refer images
