This incredibly and very rare vintage German made"Urgos" Westminster chime mantle clock with a balance wheel movement is in stunning condition and is in complete working condition. We have had it running now for over a week. The clock measures a wonderful 58.5cm long x 14.5cm wide x 22cm high. The clock has a German gorgeous brass balance wheel mechanical mechanism with the key and has the amazing Westminster chime on the quarter hour, half hour and hourly intervals and also has an on/off chime switch inside the case. The clock has a silver plaque on the top confirming the clock was "Presented to Donald Simpson by his colleagues on the occasion of his retirement as a token of their esteem, November 1965". The clock has absolute minimal/ normal age and usage related wear and tear and scuffs and the dome glass door is a little loose, but still intact.
